  • When sitting back in the chair, the back support angle should be up to 90 degrees or just past 90 degrees. Proper back support prevents slouching and reduces the pressure on your lumbar region.
     
  • The armrests should be adjusted in such a way that the arms should be slightly lifted at the shoulders for providing proper support at the elbow and reducing pressure on the shoulders.
     
  • Your laptop or computer screen should be right in front of your eyes so that you don’t slouch to view the screen. Slouching can strain your neck and shoulder muscles.
